I was having a major issue with a car I recently purchased. After numerous trips to the dealership with no results, I spoke with Mr. Norris regarding my issue. Mr. Norris explained the process in great detail. His communication was outstanding, always making himself available. After a short period of time he called with great news…the manufacturer ended up buying the car back and compensated me for all the payments I had made. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mr. Norris.

I filed a lemon law suit in NC. It was kind of complicated due to me being out of the state part of the time for Law School. Matt helped me every step of the way navigate arbitration, filing suit and negotiations. He was quick to answer calls and emails. I would recommend this attorney to anyone having issues with new or used w/ warranty vehicles. I was having a great deal of trouble with a car I purchased, it was in and out of the shop every other week and I was missing time at work due to having to take it in, Mr. Norris got my back I had paid on the vehicle and go me out of the loan that I would have been paying on for the next 5 years. Very pleased with my results and Mr. Norris’s knowledge of the law!!
