What Happens Next
Once you’ve taken the test and submitted the intake, I’ll personally review your case and respond within one business day. From there, you’ll be able to schedule a time yourself that works best for you to discuss your matter by using my online appointment scheduler. If your situation is a fit, we will talk about the specifics of your claim, get the documents needed to evaluate everything, and discuss the path forward.
Most NC Lemon Law and Auto Fraud cases are handled on contingency. That means no fees unless we win, and successful outcomes typically include the manufacturer or dealer paying your attorney fees on top of your recovery. You won’t pay out of pocket to take action.
