My brand new 2025 GV80 began having electrical problems a few months after my purchase. After it being in the shop for literally months and the only Genesis dealership in town having terrible customer service, I decided I could not trust I would have a reliable vehicle anymore, so I reached out to Matt and decided to use him to file Lemon Law paperwork. Matt told me it would take a while, and it did. It took a little over 6 months to finally turn in the vehicle.
